Has anyone done a complete catalog, or know of one on the net, listing all sierra cases, their High and Low range ratios, what mods can be made to them, with what available kits etc? Maybe there is another thread I don't know about?

I did see a list a while back and don't remember any with High range that was close to what I would want with the Jimny. As much as I want to keep the Jimny case, dollars might prohibit that for a while. There has to be some economical solution.

Those ratios are for the 2nd version of the Sierra case, the one "With Switch:, being the most widespread and the only case that aftermarket gears are made for. The 1st version Sierra case also had 2 factory options of ratios, but with weaker spline sizes and not aftermarket options, it is less sought after.

Besides the ratios shown, there are also others not shown in the diagram because I haven't yet been able to nut out the tooth counts. These are:

Hi 1.741, Lo 6.138 (Zeal)
Hi 1.654, Lo 6.374 (Trail Tough/Rockmonster)
Hi 1.75, Lo 7.875:1 (UK)

I've been looking for my spec sheet on the T-case for the VVT engine but cannot find it. Anyone know what the MT Hi/Lo ratios are?
