so i red on here a while ago about some one saying there p/s pump pulley doesnt line up, but i cant seem to find it.
i run the vitara p/s pump on a g16 block with bent kit, and swift crank pulley.
i put a straight edge across the face of the pulleys, looks to be the pump pulley is 5mm out.

also i have a 4rib 830 belt and its no where near going to fit around the pulleys. i doubt a 840 will fit either.
what size belt do you guys who run a vitara p/s pump and swift crank pulley

cheers

On my g13 block with a swift crank pully i use a 4pk890 belt.
Tho this is probably no use to you as i believe the g16b block is taller

The easiest way to work out how long the belt needs to be is get a piece of string and run it around the pulley's as if it were the belt, mark where the string meets back up and measure it.
