Hey all,

Can anyone help with where the hoses go on my engine? Seems there are a few differences in the G16b setups.

Hi,

The thermostat housing on the rear of the head looks like its off a baleno or something. You would remove this and block off the whole outlet. The outlet on the intake manifold is connected to the top of the radiator. The outlet at the rear of the water pump goes to the bottom of the radiator.

Is it a Baleno head on a Vitara motor or maybe a Baleno motor with a Vitara inlet?
I have been looking for a Vitara motor, but have not seen any like that.

Royce figured it out. the mechanic put the housing from my old motor onto this motor. Had be really confused for a while there.
