The zook club is alive and well. Few guys here are members, Someone will chime in with when their monthly meeting is.
A few of us are also in the CCJC, where you get to show up bigger trucks too pm Built4Thrashing for more info on them.

The vic suzuki club is an active club - we have a bunch of trips running over the next few months catering from easy through to hard standard. Our annual snow trip is this weekend.
http://vic.suzuki4wd.com/forum/index.php is where the action is -
http://vic.suzuki4wd.com is just a front end that nobody really does anything with.
I'd recommend registering on our club forum - it's a good way to contact the club members.
It's a great bunch of people - This year is my 18th year of membership.
Steve.

I'm a member, too.
They tolerate me, so anyone is welcome
You live close to the meetings,
I drive through there on the way.
Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month (except January) at AMRA Hall, 92 Wills St, Glen Iris (Melway 59 H7) opposite Glen Iris Station. 8:00PM start. All welcome.

PS. The system won't recognise hotmail and similar email.
And they have been tightening up on advertising bots,
so oopses are a possibility.
Have you used same ID ie Shabz?

I linked this thread to our forum bloke, Greg,
so he should get back to you. The auto bot remover won't allow g-mail I think.

Otways is a common destination, mainly for the hard core members.
Lerderderg gorge, Wombat State Forest happens sometimes.
There has been trips to Robe.
But our trips go anywhere our members want to lead them.

Mud destroyed my rear brakes, front and rear wheel bearings, etc.
But that gave me the impetus to do a rear disc conversion.
And fix up a few other bits.
So altho mud is evil , good can from it

Change never goes smoothly.
Changes were detailed last meeting,
but my hearing sux, so I didn't listen.
Best pm Dank, or Gwagensteve,
but I think public section should be available,
I think only paid members can see the rest?

Dank/Greg will be onto this.
Bear with us though, we had security settings set low to encourage registration but the end result was about 300 spammers on our forum who would randomly pop up with their adult products/drugs etc, with more joining all the time. It is quite time consuming to delete users, ( it has to be done one by one) so everyone who hadn't logged in since the start of the year was banned.
Now, all registrations have to be approved by an admin (a club committee member) in order to prevent the spamming.
For some of you, it might be easiest to re-register rather than try and re activate your old account.
Steve.

Gwagensteve I've just registered - for the first time.
I can only see the 'public' forums, just the same as before registering.
I can't even see the members forums when i log in (or is that for 'financial' members only)

Correct Shabz, you can only see the public forum area as a visitor. However, once you have registered, you can PM trip leaders etc to come along as a visitor on trips. (I've just noticed the upcoming trip area on the public forum needs updating.)
The members area is quite active, but we keep it locked to financial members only - means we can talk freely about trips, not hassle about number plates etc.
Steve.
