My 92 sierra is running bad ok when I take off fast in first she doesn't like it and the revs jump around and if I put my foot to the flood she will stall her self I have to take off very slow and when I get into second and put my fut down she only does it a little bit it jumps around 3 at 4 thousand revs in second but in any other gear she if fine and running great it seams like when I put lots of load on the engine she doesn't want to go
Idl is fine you can rev it and it nothing happens it only does it when I take off

I would say start with the basics mate, fuel filter, spark plugs/leads check them out to begin with. Give ya airfilter a blow out aswell. Best problem solving is done with the basics. Then when all is ok start to think about timing and the slightly more advanced stuff.

fuel bockage, or fuel pump dead, or both.
And make sure tank breather is clear,
ie run with petrol cap off to test if its the prob.
