I had an EFS 2" lift kit installed and its rock hard (should have used the search function!)
Im basically wanting someone to advise how to soften it up a bit and get a least a small amount of flex in it!
My assumption is to remove 2 leaves from the back and maybe one from the front but ive learnt in the past what my assumptions are worth!!!

It's not an assumption, it's an experiment. Only you can determine if you are happy with the setup or not - a "guru" can tell you to pull leaves but it's your car and you have to be happy with the outcome. We like to run our cars with flat leaves and very little uptravel - it's what works for us, but it's also what we are now used to.
I say get to it and pull some leaves until you like what it does. It's not science.
Steve.

Your right steve, i made the mistake first time round of paying someone to install the kit, rather than spending that money on tools to do it myself!
now im left with no tools, and hard suspension!!
Im in the process now of looking around for tools/jacks/stands etc so i dont go through this again, but was just wanting someones advise thats "tried it all before"

I might be able to come up and lend some tools and an extra pair of hands if you need me too, but I won't be able to get up there until next weekend.

I should be able to lend a hand next weekend aswell depending on day and can throw the toolbox in
If ya want i can come out one night through the week and have a look and see if it might just be a simple fix.
Throw up some pix of the shackle angles so we can get an idea of how its sitting, some springs need a little time to soften up and wear in a little bit
Cheers

I would pull the 3rd leaf from the top out and see how it goes then.
Will lose a little bit of hight but should soften it a little.
Shackle look almost vertical.

better picture of front shackle, from what i gather it should be angled forward (bottom bolt forward of top) on about a 45 degree angle? true or false!

45 degree is way too much
jsut go drive it for a while and let it settle, make sure the shackle bushes arent too tight either

There's no "right" answer for shackle angle - it's a function of spring length and lift height. Less lift=flatter shackle - more lift= steeper shackle.
The less compression travel you have, the flatter the shackle angle can be.
