I have seen a sierra with two scuba size lpg tanks in the rear with a false floor. if you are looking to cut down on the day to day driving you can probably fit a small tank in the back but if you are looking to get a decent size tank, i cant see any other way except for losing space in the back.

i know 100 series cruisers and such have the option of two small type tanks one either side under the car near the side steps but i doubt it would be possible on a smallish type car
