what about the chemi-weld & the blocked heater?
Cooling system has been pressure flushed 3 times now. Heater is now warm but not hot. New heater core is needed

that is a bad job that can wait for the time being.
JrZook, no top end was caused by the Magic Mikuni overfueling.
What was found:
Vitara Mikuni's top and bottom plate are aluminium, middle or fuel bowl is plastic. Bad idea. Heat expansion rate differ yada yada...
After the 267th dissasemble I found the bottom plate to be warped. This allowed Vacuum from the secondary pot line to be introduced to the secondary air corrector port. This turned my air corrector port into another active fuel circuit, even at idle.
At Idle the the port found below the butterfly on the secondary was continually feeding fuel. This happened at all throttle positions and naturally was much worse under high Vacuum conditions.
If anyones carb Vitara has suddenly or over time stated getting worse and worse fuel milage this would be the first thing to check. I wish someone knew about it before I spent hours and hours pulling my hair out.
