Hey guys i think ive used all my methods of getting this thing out, long story short was taking bumpstops off to put on extensions, sheared a bolt, tryed to use a screw extractor (real tiny one), that snapped...

So basically up shit creek for now. Any other options anyone can think of? I know i can always grind the nut off and reweld one on, but dont have access to a welder any time soon and i kinda wanna get this fixed asap.

Any ideas?

Drill it out, use a nut and bolt.. Probably the easiest way.

If you can get a drill in there, keep drilling a slighty bigger hole each time,
as you get closer to the thread, heat and thinness is often enough to get the bolt out

Broken screw extractor is kinda making it a pain in a the ass to drill it now. Im thinking just cutting the prick off and using a nut and a bolt and sandwiching it on the plate? Sound dodgy enough?

yeah perfect zook fix.....my sierra had a lot of them....my Vitara has one already, on a crossmember bolt

Oh and one of my auto to motor studs,
is now a bolt with 4 washers on it

I had to buy one for the motor/auto nut...best thing I ever did, used it 5 times already during motor instal

cut off? if you have somthing to get a hold of spray with wd40 then leave for a while to soak in then reapply and grab some vicegrips
