Well as some of you might know i have a custom rear bar, if i increase the size of the spare tyre on the back it rubs on the bar.

I have heard of people chopping and re welding or spacing the tyre carrier upwards and outwards to allow for the larger spare.

I am needing a 235/75 spare on a 15x7 rim.

Have any of you guys got a photo of how you modified yours?

And also any trouble you had?

No need to modify it for a 235...just get a off-set rim or wheel spacer...

because were the groove is in the origional rear bumper is gone and its now a solid bar accross there so it will need to stick out a bit, were can you get wheel spacers from?

heres a pic with a 215, had to space the bottom out alot with washers, so it would clear.

maybe a combo of the offset rim and wheel spacers will clear it.. !
