Still doing the efi replacement into my Sierra with a g16b from a vitara. Now in wondering if it's ok to totally bypass the heater tap or whatever it is. I want to run the water hose from the drivers side of the block straight to the back of the engine. Totally bypassing the heater etc etc. Will this be beneficial?? The reason why I want to do it is cause my heater does not work anywAy it is useless! I carried a rag to wipe a foggy windscreen or wound a window down. Also I'm having a cunt of a time getting the heater hose off the firewall!

Yea ive bypassed my heater all good . The only the fire wall hoses are coming off is with a knife

Yeah they are rooted! Silly me cut the old hoses when I pulled the 1.3 out. Then I totally forgot to pullem off while engine was out then after I hooked the last thing up with the 1.6 I saw the hoses and thought shit!!!
