G'day guys I have borrowed some equpiemt to help get the zook running [compression tester, Timing light ect].. but have no idea how to use?

So I can offer a six pack or two if Anyone can help me get the bloody thing running!

I would really appreciate it!!! :D , Has fuel, battery is fine.. starter motor is fine, fuel pump is fine. spark plugs are good, leads or ok,, everything is good.. but it's just not happening at the right time!

Thanks from Zookfan 8)

Just thought i would add my 2 bobs worth. My Sierra died recently and I couldn't find the prob. I tried all that I could think of. It would start and run if you kept pumping the ecselorator, but died on any steady revs. Turned out to be a blocked jet in the carb. The carbie kit in it and she lives another day.

:helloo: ZookFan

Likewise, good to put real people to web names.

You still have a little way to go. Some new spark plugs won't hurt.
Need to check if its got a thermosat in it. The carby will be the next. The list goes on.............

Hey I was in your shoes a couple of years ago too and through the many helpful guys on this site I am now able to help others out too.
Keep learning.
