my sierra just wont idel, it will run with your foot on the pedal or with the screw wound up but even then it seems to run rough, driving it will run fine but will stall when you come to a stop etc, i have cleaned all the carby except i couldnt identify the idel jet, checked all vacume and all the ignition leads seem fine, if any one has some suggestions it would be great cheers.

What's your fuel filter look like? When my one had water in the tank it did exactly that. New filter in it rev it up and put ya hand over the carbie hole till it stalled out. Ran like a dream after that.

well thats when the problem started the filter was bloked and never ran properly sence
