However, there is no good reason to do what you are asking. You want the WT axles under the NT chassis due to the spring spacing and lower roll stiffness of the NT setup. WT spring spacing pretty much just creates the same clearance problem further out - the tyres still hit the springs.
Note: WT and NT use a different brake distribution pattern. just bear that in mind when you are swapping master cylinders/lines/bodies/axles.
