Can someone tell me what is the bolt off it was in my rear passenger side drum and it munched everything up and I can't work out where it goes I just think it must have been left overs from something

And also why do I alway break this mount I've bent heaps of them and it can't be the driver it only gets driven on weekends down to the shops and back and it only gets driven like miss daisie :roll:

That bolt looks like one of he studs that hold the drum on

That looks like one of the studs that hold the backing plate to the housing to me.

Nope they all look the same and I've changed the shoes 3 times since I've owned it and never seen it don't know it's come from you would have thought the year and a half I've had it it would have been a problem earlier if it was floating around

You running reduction gears in ya t case? I had to add plate to mine so I stopped fuxking em with 6.5s and 33's.

running twin locked with 6:5's for years and never broke a t-case mount

Used to go through them a bit. Might also be the angle of ya case? You using stock mount rubbers.

yep thats where it came from :roll:

Soon will tell, just look at the back of the drums and see if all four bolts have nuts on them still.

To me that bolt is to big to be the backing plate to housing bolt, and can't really tell if it's a hex bolt or looks to have a Allen key hole in the top of it.
A backing plate to housing bolt is flat and round, so this bolt won't be it

thats what scrawn said and i said all of the bolts are there i thought it was one of them when i firsted looked at it but none look new and none are missing :helloo:

yea mate in using stock transfer mounts and the case has 4.9's in it with 31's i just reckon its the 130hp motor in front of it because it doesnt break the rubber mounts just loves to bend that bracket
