Jimmey, you need to know what you are asking.

When you say "diff centre" do you mean this whole bit:



Because that's normally known as the "third member"

WT and NT are interchangeable but not the same - as has been pointed out, ratios are different. WT - 3.7, NT 3.9. The driveshaft flange also has a different bolt size and pattern.

Which is the actual diff centre.

Rear WT and NT diff centres are the same.

The front is different - NT used the more desirable 4 spider gear centre (like a rear) whilst WT used a less desirable 2 spider gear centre.

Again, interchangeable, but not the same.

Okay before every one confuses every one
Nt 1l is different to wt 1.3 and nt 1.3l(won't interchange)
Nt 1l ratio is 4.1 I think not 100% sure
Nt 1.3 is 3.9 ratio and will interchange with wt 1.3l
Wt 1.3 is 3.7 ratio and will interchange with nt 1.3l

1.3 NT and WT thirds and Centres are all interchangeable. Difference will be ratio and flange bolt pattern.

I've also found that there are different spline types on the pinion/flange.
Some WT flanges slip straight on a NT 3.9 pinion and some that do not.
One spline type had more of a square shaped spline the other was more triangular.
