You can carefully cut the bearing race with a grinder/dremel, and then use a chisel to fracture it open.
You can try a pair of stilsons on the inner race, to see if you can move it.
You can try some heat.
You can try a puller.

Once its off, use some emery/fine sand paper to clean the spindle,

Take the stub axle off and press the bearing off.
