just wondering what ignition coil i should put in the vit gt40 or gt40r? suppressed or just normal?

You only use Resistor(ballasted) coils with points ignition so you'd want the GT40 but they aren't any better than a stock coil, so don't expect any improvement if your old coil is OK.

It's a carby engine with points so would it be the gt40r or just the gt40??
