Hi, looking for a workshop service manual for the SQ625 Grand Vitara. I managed to find most of the manual online but an important section is missing. The missing section that I am looking for is titled "SQ416-SQ420-SQ625 Service Manual (Volume 2 of 2)". I have volume 1 but am looking for volume 2. I have looked all over the place on the internet and on this forum with no luck. Any help much appreciated

Suzuki info..... http://www.suzukiinfo.com/ Its in there. Its in sections an can be a little hard to find stuff but its mostly there.

At a minimum there are four volumes - Vol1 - most of the chassis stuff; Vol2 - the engine stuff, the Unit repair manual - transmission, transfercase & differentials; and the wiring diagram - there are also several different versions of the set, that need to be matched to the vehicle by chassis number.

There is (or used to be) a link over at the Suzuki-forums that would give you access to something like seventeen (17) different volumes which was the English manual covering years 98~02.
