From what i found in other posts, not a good idea?

I was to gear down more and thought it would be a good solution but there are no easy ways to implent it.

Are my easiest options gearing down my low in my t-case and gearing down my diffs (i run 33s)?

6.5's will be the easiest.

Otherwise vit gbox with transfer, to sierra transfer

This will be a ton of work and this will mean the gearbox will be longer, shorter rear tailshaft, if you still have room for one in a swb.

Some inspiration might be "kens lj" built by "Joeblow"

Twin transfer will keep your highway revs at they are now. Alot will be custom to hold the sierra transfer square with the vit transfer

Otherwise diff gears, Many ratio's avaliable from sierra's, front of vits, jimny rears and aftermarket etc. Highway revs will go up!

You can get lower than 6.5 gears for transfer.. 8.00:1
What diffs are you running now?
If you are WT then 3.7... You can fit NT 3.9 or Vitara 4.6 or even 5.12.
