gday everyone my Sierra moves forward in neutral i have only noticed it when its cold it doesn't take off just slowly rocks forward in neutral and the revs change can anyone tell me what's wrong its a 1.3 g13a and its pretty much standard and it also vibrates in 4th/5th gear really bad i can feel it in the gear stick and throughout the whole car i can also hear it when on smooth surfaces :evil: :cry:

Pretty sure some other people have had their car move in neutral. So that may just be the oil is a bit old and thick, would be worse when its cold. viewtopic.php?f=5&t=8300&hilit=sierra+moves+in+nuetral

For the vibrations check your unis in the jackshaft and tail shaft have no play and go from there I guess.

i have checked the unis one of them has a tiny bit of play not alot and i have had worse on other cars and the vibration was not near as bad

As above.....
Drain the gearbox oil. (TIP: undo the filler plug first.)
Remove the jackshaft and check the uni's.
Replace uni's if there is ANY play or stiffness in them.
Refit jackshaft.
Fill with new gearoil.
