I was going to search for that exact same post that Dan posted, but he beat me to it...

It appears that Dan can search through other peoples posts as good as old mate 2stroker did when trying to dig up shit on him in the commy shock thread.

I thought the whole idea of a forum was to share information, didn't realise it was a game secret squirrels.

If it makes you feel better, I fitted TF rodeo front towers to my Sierra, they may be similar to the hilux mod. Check my build thread. They are as tall as you can get in the Sierra front clip without a bodylift.

+1 for the secret squirrel shit atari talks of. Who cares? If you didn't want to tell anyone, don't post it online. It's like those silly 14 year old girls who make it onto today tonight, complaining/grizzling about the fact they sent a tittie shot to a boy, who posted it online, now their reputation is fooked. If they thought before they posted, they wouldn't have the problem. Same as many people on here. Alot of people run GTi engine's in there Sierra, not many people bother telling the forum nazi's that.

Superduki you have read this completely wrong, I didn't post it. What was going on at the time for those who remember was that quite a few cars got pulled over in a roadside inspection after an offroad event here in qld, qld transport and police defected some of those cars that had been competing over the weekend. Mine didn't get defected, the bloke in question was building a car for that same series and asked for advice for his build to keep it stealth, i gave him details and measurements via pm and expressed that i didn't want it on the forum so that it remained stealth. He did a build thread and put it all there with pics.

Sorry 2stroker, I understand now, It certainly does read wrong! I know how hard the QLD transport system is, I stayed with want_33's a couple of years back and he was telling me that; on the weekends of comp's at LCMP, don't even bother going near Kilcoy / Jimna on those weekends with a modified car, as they sat about and blasted people.

I can understand the PM, with complete disrespect to you, I can imagine the amount of PM's certain people on here get about people fishing for info. As I stated before, Joeblow, and even Gwagensteve's trial and errors over the last 10+ years doesn't come from fun times. They have spent the hard yards doing things wrong initially. I can understand where you come from!

I have off my own back contacted 2stroker and others on here for tips and tricks to learn how to mod my zook, and these guys have been very paitent and helpfull.

And why would i pm them or phone them because disrespectfull bored people get on her and take the piss!! Why would u post any tech if dick heads mouth off. You talk high and mighty about this sight and auszookers this and that then u make a mockery of it and open ur mouth 10 foot wide and wreck it for every one .

I give out as much help & tech as I give shit... how many PM's do you think I get about Vitara mods etc, hell I even had one the other day asking about what leafs to remove from a Sierra spring pack! I'll stick to trolling & posting useless updates in my build thread seeing this is a game of secret squirrel.

I just had a look at my PM's, 34 different PM's in my inbox asking for help or advice & then the 34 of me replying offering/help since the 28th of August.

Because he is a really nice young bloke, with a family that gets stuck into their suzuki's together, they built some really good cars that they raced and enjoyed them selves in. I think he just didn't understand why at that time I wanted it to be kept off the forum he was just excited and proud of what he was achieving so he wanted to show everyone what he was up to. I felt that the subtle comment in the first line of my post in his build thread was enough at the time.

Some of you know that we have a couple of police fequenting the site and that we also have at least one (that I know of) qld transport officer that is regularly on here. Many of you blank out your rego plates because you are afraid the authorities may come knocking or target you because of your mods etc, I see no difference in this instance. Qld transport were targeting modified 4x4's, there were pics of our cars off road racing on this and other forums, I didn't want to give them info that would give them reasons to look further into our cars, do you really think they dont use the internet to assist them with their job.

If sharing a specific bit of info by a PM rather than on the open forum is being tight lipped about mods and is going to kill the forum then you are doing a better job of killing it than me because I have not replied to KEENSY85 yet but you have helped out 34 people by PM rather than on the forum in the last 3 days.

I don't really know why you keep trying to cut me down everytime I post something lately, it seems that a couple of you boys can't wait for me to post so that you can have a dig.
