Hi guys, I am fairly ignorant in the comp scene and maybe some may know:
1. Are there classes for the average road reg cars?
2. Any info on clubs/organizers etc
3. What to expect?
4. Is there anything available in NSW? Central coast/hunter/Newy area?
Yes I know tough truck in the hunter region but it is mainly focused on big$$$$$ mega beasts, I was kinda thinkin crawl before you walk type deal.... More for shitsngiggles than anything.
Any info or help would be appreciated.
Yes I know any form of Motorsport is expensive and usually he with the biggest purse wins..... Been there done that, money isn't really a concern.

Masters was around for a couple of years in Sydney. But had crap people organising it, so it went to shit.

Willoglen has classes for road going cars. Not near Newy but.

Yup I agree as I social every weekend and will be with josh and Dan this weekend at the watagons. But sometimes the competitive spirit is a little aroused! Lol
I was watching an old copy of 4wd action magazine DVD and they briefly mentioned a track being built at the creek? (eastern creek raceway)
Did that ever happen to be a goer?

Slight hijack, but there are a few sierras that do quite well in the Gas Dash in WA.

There was a Sierra in this year's Finke Desert Race. It's apparently run there heaps. Runs a GTI and races in low range... apparently low 5th is good for 180km/h at 8700rpm. It finished this year. Pretty trick little car - coils, 31's sierra diffs. It's not all that quick though.

As I'm now the president of the NSW Zook club. One item we're keen to get going is a club based, Zook only comp with a class structure to allow all levels of Zooks to enter. Early days yet but we're onto it.

You would have to join yes, it's all about providing more stuff for Zook owners. Will provide updates as this progresses.

Normally have a few trips a month, some hard, some not so hard, some touring. But it's up to the members to arrange and run trips so we could have one every weekend if people wanted.

Tony, we don't have too many out your way but we do have a cheap membership option for guys like yourself that are a long way from Sydney. You'd get it back with the discounts On parts etc very quickly.
