Jimny transfer jumping out of gear?

Hi guys I have tail jimny 24% reduction fitted and jimny bits transfer mount kit, 2" body lift. I have enlargened the shifter hole in the body as it fouls with body lift in, but when car is under a lot of load it jumps out of 4wl into kind of a neutral/grinding between 4wl and 4wh. Any thoughts? Help?

Is it a ratcheting kind of sound? Perhaps it is the chain slipping.

Nope definitely a popping and disengage noise, put it back in 4wl and fine.

I totally still think it torques over and knocks itself out of gear, it only did it when you were approaching full noise...

You reckon if I enlarge transfer shifter hole a bit and try different mounts it may cure it Josh?
