Sorry to hijack the thread but does anyone know if any of the Aus LWB Vitaras came out with a Heated oxygen sensor?
Mine has all the wires for it but i just want to know if fitting one will work.

Not the SE models that I know of, I think they were all the simple single wire version.

I stand to be corrected though.

I'm pretty sure the heated sensors were for colder climates only. US, Europe etc.

Ok cool, well in winter its starting to get pretty cold here in Aus lately lol. I've just done some reading and found heated sensors are faster in operation allowing more efficient operation of the engine sooner. Ill test my car and see how it goes

New question will extractors of a 8 valve G16A fit on a 16 valve G16B?
