I can't remember which is which. But I think I worked it out by which colour wire comes off each contact.

Obviously not the colour of the wires you have put on... Trace them to the plug, then from the wiring diagram find out which colour is for each signal.

Okay mate now without taking my dash apart to double check I still had the drawing on my work bench. Looking from the back

Top is earth
Right is power
Left is signal

No responsibility is taken although initially I had the power and earth swapped around and it didn't do any damage

so was this right? im doing now and spent too frigging long going back n forth looking caus i think sharks is wrong. looking directly at the back of the baleno cluster doesn't match or im fucking confused

jimbo what did u hook up n where?

i think i over complicate things/look into things too much and then i cant make a call, i cant just wing it.

i used the colored wires for easy identification, the brown signal wire lands on the no 3 spot in pic, but that is not shark said hes got pwr to the right which is number 3.
and the other 2 are black with white stripe and black with orange stripe.

I think he meant right was #2, which would make sense. Looking at the back of the Baleno cluster it looks like he's right

#1- earth
#2- power
#3- signal
