Did you ask about a trade in on your rear diff etc if you swap to 5.12?
Any pickapart/you-pull-it type wreckers left in brisane?

In your shoes id probably go 5.12, and look for a steely. (even though i feel those prices are a smidge high).
The $275 to restockify, is cheapest now. If/when it fails again, it may be harder to find next time.
Just do what you need to i guess.
But always look for a steely and cheap diff bits etc

Did you notice a big difference when you swapped the diffs? Or did you do the diff and tyres at teh same time and it canceled out? Oh also, Do you get any scrubbing when your rears tuck up? I Get SOOO much scrubbing when i steer full lock or when i get the slightest bit of flex, and i only have 30 inch tyres! Like, my door trim is starting to rip off because the tyres are rubbing on them. And my wheel arches are cutting my tyres, i had to roll them.

I think what i will do, and please no hate, is i will just put the stock back in, because the wreckers don't have a front and rear 5.12 anymore (they lied) and the stock is just alot easier at the moment. I am definitely considering upping the ratio and getting a steely in the nearby future, and i will keep a look out. And thanks to you guys i know exactly what to get. So cheers.

Thanks again.
