What do u have to change to put a auto locker or air locker in the front ?
Where best place to buy one?

Nothing needs changing, apart from the parts fitted, but
it is a very good idea to fit a steel front diff from a GV, to help avoid breakage.
I'm assuming you mean on a Vitara
