I picked up a cheap LWB flat tray Sierra off Gumtree for my daughter's small but hilly property. One thing I noticed is that its extremely light in the rear. So light in fact that the rear wheels spin on quite gentle slopes, and it couldn't possibly reverse up a slope. So I've actually moved the tray backwards about 50 cm to put more weight over the back wheels and I'll be putting an open top 'tool box' between the cabin and the tray to carry spades, chainsaws etc. It wont look the coolest beast in the shed but this going to be purely for work not show.

So, I just thought I'd mention it. The flat trays can look good but can seriously compromise performance in some conditions. Probably not very noticable on a SWB but very significant on a LWB.

The only chopped SWB hardtop I thought had potential to look good was rustyzooks. I'm not sure there's any real point to it though.
