These are 2mm top plates dimpled and a bit of 3" exhaust pipe for a cup holder.

Not sure about the dimples would it be a pain when water/mud etc gets in there?

that and the fact the tyres stick all the out past the guards, that wouldn't see too much MUD driving.

There's holes in the bottom of every door + you can just wash it out.

The door isn't sealed either. Its gutted with the bottom as a door card.

Well this thread gave me motivation to finish mine! I ended up getting 75mm rectangle section for the long length and then angle grinded 70mm flat out of the same steel to the other bits! There looking really good so far ill wack some photos up

Never knew how much work is in them!!!! Should finish the drivers one tomorow! Is looking awsome but so much work!

Really didn't think there was that much work in them but it has come up awsome!

Feeling somewhat inspired by this thread, I got to work chopping up a busted door I have..



And just an idea of how I'm going to brace the inside door skin.



Not finished yet, I still have to sort out the latch but I will be leaving it as original. Only to eliminate extra work, and is why it's not as fancy as other's posted in here, I only intend of putting them on during summer or when I go wheeling so there's no point in putting in a lot of work for something that won't get used very often.
