Crazy shuddering starts about mid/high first gear and then continuous up till mid/high 2ed until what seems like 'speed' is high enough, has only just started after driving for an hour at about 100kms engine has been rebuilt and has been running fine for the last 1500kms until this, it has done it once after going from 100 down to 60 then when turning the Corning going down into 2ed as I rolled into the corn, when I let off the clutch I noticed the shuddering and when I booted it it came good, I pulled up and let it settle for a min and then when I moved there was a puddle of coolant, had lost about 1/2 my over flow bottle amount, move car from where it rested to grass then left it over night, in the morning moved it and shuddered in first till I got to about the limit of first gear,
Car then sat for a week while I was away, when I came back moved the car from where about 100m and ran fine, then drove 10mins left it for a while, then drove it home and did like real easy little 4wding and after that going from stop up the gears had the shuttering again about mid/high first gear and then continuous up till mid/high 2ed until it seemed as it had enough speed again

To be clear this is not just 'low reving' it like full gear stick shaking, all the needles in the dash shaking around,
It is sort of like low rev shaking but like heaps heaps worse!
Any ideas on what it could be, things to check, advice would be great!!!!

sounds like its dropping coolant in a bore and missing badly.. did you run it out of water?

does it do it at idle? pull a lead off one at a time while its running. The one that pulls off and makes no change to the motor as its running is the suspect cyl.

pull that plug out and see if it looks washed.

check them all inc the intermediate shaft, also put transfer into neutral and try a couple of gears and see if it does it in a stationary position gradually raising the revs as if you were driving.
