Hi all,
I have purchased a new bus (so existing wiring, unsure of whats where [relays, solenoids, fuses])
Up until this evening the spotlights appeared to be wired in and functioning correctly (i.e. wired in to the high beams).
Got home this evening and something is amiss
When I flick my high beams on, the spotties come on as per normal....
buuuuuuut when I flick back to low beam, the spotties stay on.
To get the spotlights off, i have to turn the lights off (at the stalk) and flick them back on.
Occasionally, there is a 1-2 second delay before the spotlights switch back off when I change from high back to low.
Ive done some tinkering, the left and right headlights have their own fuses.
When I remove one of the fuses (either one) the spotties function as normal.
I had only one spare fuse, which I swapped out with the existing ones, and this did not help.
(will try two new fuses tomorrow)
I can hear something clicking when the spotties come on/off. But as far as I can remember this has always been there.
Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking for?
Electronics are like the black arts as far as Im concerned
Advanced thanks yall
