hey guys


i have a Holden drover (Lwb nt Sierra) that has been re badged it has a 1.3l nt transfer case with the handbrake on the rear output and i am just wondering will normal low range gears from LROR fit in. or will i have to get a 1.3l wt case to put in? just wondering before i order the gears. i know for 6:5:1 gears i need to grind a bit of the case back even in a 1.3l wt case but is it the same in the nt case thanks for the help guys

P.S. its a 1984 model 1.3l

My understanding is the cases are the same and only the 1 ltr non switched wont take gears (and the coily transfer )

yep, they will fit

when you say non switched what do you mean? the 4x4 light doesn't come on?

well that made things easier, will the braces and heavy duty mounts fit fine too?

yep, most will. just need to make sure you don't use ones that mount to the same place as the transfer brake does
