which is better for SJ410k with baleno 1600 16v engine?
Jimny G13bb extractors? if so...which kind?
or the Vitara 16v - he original or the headers sold in the states?

G13BB Jimny extractors normally turn to position the catalytic converter under the gearbox, which is unhelpful in a Sierra. G16B Vitara/tracker/sidekick extractors might foul the engine mount and/or be close to the chassis, but at least run parallel to the chassis so it's easier to make the rest of the exhaust work.

There's an eBay seller with extractors advertised as for a Sierra with a g16b, I have never owned them just seen them on there

Stock jimny manifold will make just as much power as ebay 4-2-1 extractors and save $$$

there is a problem to find a stock jimny extractors where in my country...

so i think i'll go with the vit's 16v manifold...

16v vitara manifolds crack and have a nasty downpipe arrangement that falls apart internally.

im guessing getting a set made might cost more ?
