Hey guys I've got an 04 Jimny and theres heaps that i'd like to accomplish with it, I'm not sure where to start and I was wondering if there is any gurus that I could bounce some information off of.

So far I've got a stainless snorkel, hotdog muffler, arb bull bar, arb air compressor under the bonet, 2 way radio,

at the moment its got a 2'' Suspension lift and I'm wanting to get a 2'' body lift aswell, and chop the guards and arches along side with getting custom flares to see how big I can go on tyres, I'm just wondering which issues are going to pop up and what I'm going to need to expect. If theres anyone out there who has any education on this it would be good to hear back from you.

Gearing
Instability.

Choose your tyre size and gear and strengthen to suit. Run the lowest possible suspension height.

A narrow tyre and rim combination won’t just work better on and off road, it will be easier to fit too.

How are the cars you drive with setup?

Similar question to your other post, so similar (shorter) answer - don't aim for the biggerst, baddest Jinmy you have ever seen. It will cause you grief & pain.
The secret to Suzuki's are to try to keep the car small & light, because they are, well, small & light & not really that easy to be turned into something big (read tall) & heavy - you might as well started off with something bigger & heavier in the 1st place if that is where you want to end up.
We have a toy car on 37" Maxxis Trepadors, air locked Hilux axles, G16B, trimatic auto, Jeep Wrangler springs - looks cool, is totally stupid & a waste of time, but we had some crap lying around. Never planned to be road registered or legal.
Come for a look at it & have a laugh, don't look at it & wish you could turn your car into something similar.

Im getting a quote on a 2'' body lift from a place local to me, so depending on the quote i may proceed or may not,

I'm not entirely sure why i want a big jimny,
I think ill just be happy with what i have and make the most of it.
however i am going to get a quote on a 2'' body lift from somewhere local to me and see what i can fit under there with a bit of work .

Here is what I would run:
30x9.5 tyres
40mm suspension lift
Guard chop
Gears
Radius arm chassis mount protectors
Full underbody Skid plates
No sway bar/ sway bar disconnects
Decent recovery points
Lockers

That will go further than most 4x4’s, look good but not over the top and still drive well on road

X2. My brother went down from "huge" 30x9.5s on his Jim.
With gearing corrected it is pretty good for casual 4x4ing and daily driving.
He hasnt got lockers and won't because he has to do the same thing as everyone else and buy a twincab with auto.
He had a lot of fun with it.
