my one is stuck solid. i think someone stuck the shaft into so hard, it jammed the cage
i've tried jamming it with a screwdriver, but i can;t get an edge on it and i dont want to scratch the surface
the issues is that the standard chinese/repco 3 jaw pullers have a 13mm min diameter and the hole is 10mm exactly
any ideas?

I’ve seen someone remove a stuck fast one using hydraulic pressure. They filled the hole with as much grease as possible, found a round rod to fit as snug as possible (but not tight) in the hole and tapped the rod firmly with a hammer.

The resulting increase of pressure behind the bearing pushed the bearing outwards

Im a mechanic and an engineer and steve is sort of on the money but not quite there. Grease etc is still too viscous and can never really reach a "solid" state.
So i use...................
Paper.
Soak paper in water keep punching it in with drift the size of bearing id.
Water pushes out paper becomes solid and pushes bearing out.

Why does it need to reach a "solid" state - does the hydraulic fluid in a 12 ton press ever reach a solid state?

I haven't done one for years but the Ford ones in the 4 Cylinder Motors, (Escort,Cortina etc) ,often use to seize in and we used those masonry bolts that tighten and expand, small dent type slide hammer behind a washer and end nut and they use to pop out easily.

Bread also works but i'd assume bread will be in your tummy and grease will be lying around the workshop.

In my LJ the needle roller just pulled to pieces with the puller after the grease trick and others didn't work. Just got a tiny 2mm carbide burr ($30 at bunnings) and cut a slot in the outer race until it came loose.
Worked a treat but I'd only keep it as a backup plan
