G13BA sierra, Just a quick one, looking at the FSM for the dover and samurai they show the Charcoal Canister as having 3 ports on top 1 purge 1 to tank and the other to carby.
My Charcoal canister has 2 ports on top 1 purge 1 to tank the to tank looks like its going back to the fuel tank, the purge looks like its a vac line that ends up in a solenoid on the intake inlet side of the engine. now i can see a port under the Charcoal canister thats not blocked off its just open.. the car has has a weber on it so im guessing the old owner just disconnected that hose. i plan to run a 3k carb and i would love to hook it back up again, should i be ok to just find a piece of hose again and re run it over to the new carb ? would love to know the size of this hose if anyone knows?

I’m not really sure why Penrite is held in such regard other than parochialism. Boomers seem to love it though.
