hey all, i got a prob. when i take off 1st gear sum times in second the transfur stick shutters(shakes side to side) only happenes like when u take off from the lights ect. hope to hear back soon it got me stuff wat it is i do have a rear mini spool if that helps.

could be your uni joint or a transfer case mount may be broken
|

check that the four bolts on the DS are tight as mine came loose and kept knocking itself out of gear... also would shudder as i took off...

just check for wear on anything that moves

If a uni is flogged out u'll be able to feel a bit of slop by holding either side of it and turning it back and forth. I hope you can understand this lol
not sure how to tell if its seized in the car but u could pull it out it should move around fairly freely

I was feelin those same vibes after giving the car abit of a work out . Simply crawled onder the car to notice the very shiney rubber on the gearbox mount give it a good push and hey presto broken gear box mount !
