According to our site bearing supplier, no, not even slightly. Bearings wear out from lack of attention, they are a bit lose, get shit in them, and grind to death. Well set up, no drama.
Im definitely on his side.
If your going for new wheels, go as wide as you can fit, better stance, better stability, better look.
