Many have been done and although it is a basic conversion for an experienced person there is a lot more to it than first meets the eye, here is a short but not complete list:
make engine mounts
move transfer case back due to longer T50
shorten the jackshaft
lengthen the front shaft
sorten the rear shaft
convert intake manifold to RWD (unless it is from a RWD sprinter)
covert cooling system to RWD (unless it is from a RWD sprinter)
custom exhaust
custom radiator
efi fuel system
convert from cable to hydrolic clutch
brake modification (see pic, no room for standard brake booster)
cut floor for new gear stick and transfer stick position
rewire with ecu
Some people have fitted them with the original brake booster and not moved the transfer back but remember the 4age is a heavy engine and needs to be moved back as far as possible.
