Baleno 99 model conversion into Sierra Hi all have done a few baleno conversions from manual balenos Into sierras no problem But this time I've used a baleno donor witch was a auto And having real issue with wireing won't start has any used the auto Baleno computer before is there something I'm missing Any help would be great thanks

Did you check the wire to starter motor? There is the inhibitor switch, which needs to be bypassed as no longer relevant.

Not first one I've done is the 4th but this is first auto is there any diff in computer

All the info i could find when i did my swaps advised against using factory immob and auto harness/ecu. There are a few variants of ecu and not easy to find ecu pinout for all of them. Not sure if the auto ecu will work properely without the auto. I found most helpful info on redlinegti and uk baleno forums.

Ok have put the auto computer in mine to test the computer and it runs mine perfect So must be in the harness in engine bay time to start digging the auto harness must be different in engine bay As this is the 4th conversion I've done and the first time it's played up So that's where I'm at time to find where the break is lol

Trace wiring back from the starter trigger, it's not hard to find
