That is one extensive (and seemingly well executed) guard chop - still looks like tight clearance at the back edge of the front & front edge of the back.
Federal Couragias are better than most tyres in terms of sidewall flex - pick most 31x10.5R15 & on a light weight Zook, they won't bag at sensible psi, where a Couragia at the same pressure looks like you've let air out of it. They are not a touring tyre, but with rotation, I didn't think 65,000km out of 35's on a GQ Patrol, mostly on the tarmac was too bad for a M/T?

Front hasnt been cut yet. Was going to wait till after engineering. Back was done really well. I made a vice grip tool to put a bend the guard and roled it back up.ImageImageImage

Going to put longer arms in . Rear will have enough room for 35 so shouldn't need to ever touch them again
