ohk so theres the 4 wires to the ignition, black with yellow stripe, black with white stripe, white with black stripe, and plane white, does anybody know which is which as i need to hotwire an old sierra as the key is lost and i need to check if the motor still runs ok before i pull it out and swap it for mine

just pull the back out of the ignition barrel and use a screwdriver.

I don't have a wiring diagram here but it would be fairly simple to work out.
Strip back the wires and find out which one has 12V on it.
Touch the 12V to each wire in turn.
One will turn on the radio etc, this is ACC.
One will turn on the ignition (dash lights will come on). This is IGN.
One will turn the starter motor. This is START.
Twist 12V up with IGN to to turn the ignition on, then touch START to them to turn the starter over until it starts...

this is from memory, likely to be wrong
white is power in (battery)
black yellow is start
black white ign
white black is acc
bottom two could be the other way around too

The onyl wiring diagram I could find was US spec and the colours were all different...

You do have the owners permision ,yes..
I mean you did ask how to Hot Wire a suzuki..
