is the pulley warped or something? ie: you're tensioning it at its loose or tight point, then its self destructing when it spins?

It's hard to tell if pullies are warped or not, whilst there're fitted to car,but due for another belt, and will look again then.
Changed belts before they break of throw.
Will put new belt on tomorrow, but has been happening since got car..................about five belts ago....maybe geting worse.
