What sort of car?
What engine? Carby/EFI?
Does it do it cold/hot or anytime?

so it could be a few things then
- vacuum hose leak or another leak on the inlet of some sort
- block idle jet
- or mabey idle mixture needs adjusting??
i guess all easy things to check, and go over ya self

Injector cleaner is not going to do a thing.
I suggest finding from here, a good suzi mechanic and getting to have a look.
