I have a couple of electrical faults in my 08 Jimny.

The horn is not working. Fuse OK. No voltage at the horn when activated. What else could it be. I didn't want to play with the steering wheel air bag till I kmew what I was doing. Should I disable the air bag control unit underneath at the top of the column before I start? Or is there another possible cause?

Airbag dash light. This has been on for a while, and predates the horn failure.

HIDs sometimes do not both turn on. I think this is voltage related. I find I need to have the revs up to ensure they both fire. I've got 20AMP wiring to the relay and lights.

Extra wiring. Where to put an extra fuse rack. Little room under the bonnet, with air box, brake booster, ABS, ARB pump etc. Is there such a unit as a spade fuse panel with the all terminals (entry and exit) on the one side, or underneath, or perhaps common rail?

Exhaust. I have a rather large muffler under the rear which I have hit on a rock, and is now deforming my panhard. Is smaller muffler (say half the size) that would still keep the noise to a minimum?

? Could be lots of causes, for sure there's no power at the horn?

Airbag dash light. This has been on for a while, and predates the horn failure.

Maybe body lift has stretched or disconnected something

I don't have any volt supply issues, alternator ok? Sounds like something is affecting a range of components.

Extra wiring. Where to put an extra fuse rack. Little room under the bonnet, with air box, brake booster, ABS, ARB pump etc. Is there such a unit as a spade fuse panel with the all terminals (entry and exit) on the one side, or underneath, or perhaps common rail?

ABS under the bonnet wastes a heap of space. Mount stuff to the underside of the bonnet maybe.

Exhaust. I have a rather large muffler under the rear which I have hit on a rock, and is now deforming my panhard. Is smaller muffler (say half the size) that would still keep the noise to a minimum?

You're too rough with your muff :D

I really didn't take enough photos during the build. I tried but got lazy.

Oh, and reading your ABS comment, I almost thought you were gonna suggest ditching it
