Hey Guys long time no post took a bit of a brake from posting and obsessing about 4wds lol  anyway atm im in the process of sorting out the front end for the toybuggy on my suzuki SJ70 now my Question is this does anyone know how far fwd they would need to move hilux Diffs to Clear 37s away from the firewall .. with out actually owning some 37s its a bit hard for me to know im guessing its a 2 inchs.. might see if i can borrow someones tyres so i can work it out just thought someone might know the finger of the top of there head if u do let me know Cheers

Without a firewall chop i'd say closer to 4".

this is the diff moved 50mm with no chopping and 33s so i would think that you would need at least another 50mm

Around 6 inches depending on tyre width and offset.

What springs do you plan on using ? Lux fronts would be good for a smallish chassis extension.

I think Alien has said his front diff is around 6 inches forward on Lux fronts.

Ive added 3" forward for 35x12.5r15 on 15x8-19 on hilux front diff. (coiled)
If i want 37's on same rims, might have to hammer the firewall abit. So about 5" would be nice.
