Hi theredriving my Suzy home last night noticed I could from hear a grinding noise coming
From front wheel its not really lowd or banging comes and goes while driving.
Think I need to change front bearings is this a pain in the arse.IM not a mechanic but have
A little knowledge and access to tools.There is nothing leaking etc 91 sierra stock.

Think there around 30 bucks anyway any advice would be good cheers

Quite a easy job mate
Jack up the car and put jack stands under it
Take wheel off then the brake calipers.
Give the rotor a tap with a mallet and it should come off
Undo all the bolts holding manual locking hub on
Undo wheel bearing nuta and locking tabs(50 or 52mm socket)
remove the stub axle hub.
Hit or press out out race of the bearing and press in the new outer races.
Grees bearings and put then back into stub axle hub
Now put ever thing back together make sure bearings nuts are done up to the right spec

I may have forgotten some thing but this is what your up against

u Forgot to mention the part about preloading the Bearings out wise u will burn them out if u have it done to tight / lose should be some tut on wheel bearings around on auszookers do a search
