Crush tube for shackles?

Hey,
Made up some extended shackles on the w/end. I used 8mm flat bar, with 90mm x m10 bolts. The problem is i cant find any tubing to use as crush tube that will fit over the 10mm bolt but also in the bush ~13mm. What has everybody used? Ive currently got some ali tube that was in the shed that fits but id like to try get some steel. The 12.7mm tube at the steel shop only fits a m9 bolt?

get the 12.7 and drill out 1mm? or just go to a suspension place and buy them

They sell them at a suspension place? Or do the just sell the original style pins?

the local dobinsons sold me mine when i got my bushes.
