i cant help by looking at the plugs but I'm trying to make sense of the FSM wiring diagram here. cant tell what the hell one colour means, it's code is Lg but doesnt state what it represents anywhere...
Reverse - 1 yellow, 1 red wire Neutral - one black wire plus Lg/yellow stripe 5th switch - black/white stripe, Lg/red stripe 4th switch - exactly the same as 5th, probably what was missing from your old box as not all models had that

Why don't you put the Old box on the ground next to the New one and see which are the same plugs you will need? If your old box only used 3 plugs, then that is all you will need when using the new box.
My guess is the Neutral plug is the extra plug, as it was generally only fitted in cars with A/C for an idle up solenoid.
If the plug shapes are different, you can swap the plugs over by prying out the pins, but it's probably easier to just swap over the whole switches.

red/yellow is reverse. there are a 4th gear and a 5th gear switch. The extra you have is a neutral switch. That gearbox came from a car that had AC.
